Choose your divisions

Enter as many as you like. Athletes are seeded into brackets by age, rank, weight, and gender after registration closes.

Sparring (Kyorugi) 2 divisions

World Class

Daedo PSS electronic scoring, for black belts in the 12–14, 15–17 and 17–32 divisions. Mandatory weigh-in, and you provide your own Gen2 Daedo socks. Rules & weight divisions →

Open Sparring

Regular trigger scoring, open to every age and rank — 4–5 right through 33 & up. Modified USAT / WT rules. Rules by age group →

Poomsae (Forms) 5 divisions

Sport Poomsae

Recognized forms scored numerically on a points rubric, ranking every competitor by score.

Traditional Forms

All Taekwondo forms are allowed — Taeguk, Palgwae, Chang Hon, Pyung Ahn and others. Perform the poomsae designated for your rank, judged head-to-head like sparring. Forms by rank →

Pair Forms

One male and one female performing together. Pending confirmation →

Family Forms

Two or more from the same immediate family. Any form, and no rank, age or gender divisions. Details →

The day runs in two waves. Ages 12 & up check in 8:00–8:30 AM and report at 9:00. Ages 11 & under check in 11:00–11:30 AM and begin at 12:30 PM. Full schedule →

Spectators welcome

Cheer on your athletes all day. A concession stand sits at the top of the spectator seating next to the entrance, and the official equipment vendor is on site. General admission details below.

The same in every event — sparring, forms and breaking. Both semi-final losers take a third, so nobody fights for bronze.
